Ripple's XRP Sees Growing Adoption Amid Price Decline
XRP's price has declined over 60% from its 2025 high of $3.65, but despite this, the cryptocurrency is still a promising investment opportunity.
The XRP Ledger, which powers Ripple's payments network, is becoming increasingly popular for tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), with about $460 million in distributed RWAs currently on the platform.
Additionally, the SEC's approval of spot XRP ETFs has given investors a new way to gain exposure to the cryptocurrency. However, it's worth noting that XRP is still considered a risky asset and may underperform or lose value.
In order for XRP to reach its former highs, real-world adoption will likely need to grow, either through more financial institutions using the Ripple network or the XRP Ledger drawing in more RWAs.
