Rising Institutional Demand for XRP Can't Halt Price Decline
U.S. spot XRP ETFs have recorded their strongest weekly inflow of 2026, attracting $110.49 million in net inflows during the week ending Aug. 28.
This marks a significant increase from the previous 2026 weekly high near $60.5 million and brings cumulative inflows to roughly $1.66 billion.
Despite this strong institutional buying, XRP's price has been falling, down about 7% over seven days after giving back part of its August rally.
The token is now testing the $1.36, $1.40 area, with $1.45 acting as an important resistance level.
