Riyadh Showcases Blockchain and AI Convergence to Global Audience
The Global Blockchain Show Riyadh 2026 took place from June 29-30 and concluded its two-day B2B run, marking a significant milestone for decentralized networks and artificial intelligence convergence. The event was co-located with the Global AI Show Riyadh and Global Games Show Riyadh, attracting over 15,000 registrations and welcoming 6,723 attendees from 80+ countries.
The summit featured 100+ global speakers and 100 exhibitors, focusing on structural tech innovations that are altering the back end of Web3, including chain abstraction and data infrastructure. The event was organized by VAP Group and powered by Times Of Blockchain, with a 70% CXO-level delegation from various countries.
One of the central themes of the summit was the push toward 'invisible blockchain,' where gasless transactions and streamlined onboarding abstract away complex technical barriers, enabling secure digital identities and automated monetization. Meow, Co-Founder of Jupiter, mentioned that decentralized finance has demonstrated that financial systems can be transparent, programmable, and globally accessible.
Shabir Momin, President & Founder of TorusChain, shared his vision for the future of blockchain, emphasizing innovation, enterprise adoption, and technologies shaping the next generation of decentralized ecosystems. The summit also explored the intersection of tokenization, entertainment, and intelligent networks, discussing how these decentralized architectures create secure data provenance.
