RLUSD Hits $1 Billion Circulation Milestone on XRP Ledger

The circulating supply of RLUSD on the XRP Ledger has surpassed $1 billion for the first time, marking a historic milestone for the Ripple stablecoin.

This achievement comes as Ripple increases RLUSD liquidity across its supported blockchain networks, including the XRP Ledger. In the last 48 hours, there has been an uptick in RLUSD activity on the XRP Ledger, with new minting taking place.

According to the Ripple Stablecoin Tracker website, $1.024 billion worth of RLUSD is currently circulating on the XRP Ledger. This figure represents a significant increase from the total circulating supply of RLUSD on other blockchain networks, such as Ethereum, which stands at approximately $2.27 billion.
