RLUSD Stablecoin Sees 40% Deposit Growth on Morpho Blue

Ripple's RLUSD stablecoin has seen significant growth on Morpho Blue over the past month, with $17.5 million in fresh deposits added to its Sentora RLUSD Main Vault.

This represents a roughly 40% increase compared to the previous month, bringing the total amount of RLUSD deposits to approximately $280 million.

Morpho Blue operates differently from other lending protocols, isolating each market into discrete lending pairs with their own risk profiles and liquidation parameters.

The addition of FXRP as collateral in the Sentora RLUSD vault on August 3 created an isolated FXRP/RLUSD market on Morpho Blue, allowing XRP holders to borrow RLUSD against that collateral without selling their underlying position.
