Ripple's stablecoin, RLUSD, has reached a significant milestone in its short history. As of August 26, 2026, the market capitalization of RLUSD surpassed $2 billion, according to CoinMarketCap data.

This achievement comes just over two years after the stablecoin's launch in December 2024. Ripple's efforts to boost the stablecoin's presence across payments, liquidity, and institutional applications have contributed to its rapid growth.

Nearly half of RLUSD's supply is available on the XRP Ledger, with over 1 billion units issued on the network. This strong network growth has also fueled rising activity around the stablecoin.
