A 14-minute network outage struck Robinhood Chain on September 4th, causing a halt in block production and preventing Ethereum layer-2 network transactions from being confirmed.
The disruption began at around 12:57 p.m. UTC, leaving submitted transactions pending for over 14 minutes until block production resumed intermittently.
