Robinhood Chain Surges Amid Broader Crypto Downturn
Roger is not doing so badly despite a broader industry slowdown in crypto. His blockchain infrastructure, Robinhood Chain, has seen a record-breaking $333 million in total value locked (TVL). This is a significant milestone for the company's integrated ecosystem, which combines trading with blockchain technology.
The growth in TVL can be attributed to the activity of Uniswap, Morpho Blue, and Arcus. Additionally, the network's stablecoin supply has jumped to $482 million, while Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization has soared to $75 million. This performance puts Robinhood Chain ahead of established networks such as Cardano, Algorand, and Near Protocol in terms of asset handling.
The options market anticipates volatility after the earnings announcement, with an implied move of about 6.8%. Technically, the stock has retested key support at $92.78, its April high, and the 200-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA). A break above this level could see the stock rally toward its July high of $119.20.
