Robinhood Chain Surges Past $2B Market Cap in Under a Month
Rapid growth is underway for Robinhood Chain, a blockchain developed by the popular brokerage app. The total market capitalization of assets on the network has surpassed $1.9 billion in less than a month since its public mainnet launch on July 1. This figure represents an increase of around 33% in just one week.
The majority of this growth comes from stablecoins, which account for between $928 million and $965 million depending on the data source. Tokenized equities also play a significant role, with their value growing fivefold to approximately $70 million by late July.
The network processes millions of transactions daily, with decentralized exchange (DEX) volumes indicating genuine trading interest. Early trading patterns show memecoins driving substantial on-chain volume, while sustained interest in tokenized equities represents a key differentiator compared to other Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks.
