Robinhood Chain Surges Past Major Crypto Chains
Rising HOOD stock prices continue to gain momentum as Robinhood Chain metrics surge. Key catalysts driving this growth include ongoing Robinhood Chain expansion and analysts' forecasts aligning with its potential.
The total value locked (TVL) in the chain has reached a record high of $783 million, making it the eleventh-biggest chain in the crypto industry. This growth is not limited to just one area, DEX protocols on Robinhood's platform have handled over $20.3 billion in transactions in the last 30 days, with a volume of $1.55 billion in the last 24 hours.
The stablecoin supply on the chain has also seen significant growth, reaching over $868 million and making it the 14th-biggest chain in this metric. This network growth may eventually surpass Coinbase's Base, which could lead to a substantial valuation for Robinhood if they were to launch a HOOD token.
Robinhood's diversification efforts are also contributing to its success. The company has expanded into various industries, including options trading and crypto, with the acquisition of Bitstamp. Its partnership with Kalshi in prediction markets and collaboration with Susquehanna on a new platform have also generated significant growth.
The number of funded accounts has jumped to over 28.4 million, while total platform assets have reached over $369 billion. Analysts expect Robinhood's business to continue growing, with Yahoo Finance forecasting annual revenue to jump to $5.19 billion and then to $6.55 billion the following year.
