Robinhood Chain Surpasses Ethereum in Daily Revenue
Robinhood Chain has taken the top spot in daily application revenue, surpassing Ethereum and Hyperliquid with $2.66 million in 24 hours on August 31.
This milestone marks a significant achievement for the two-month-old network, which is built on the Arbitrum-based Ethereum Layer 2 infrastructure.
The surge in revenue comes alongside a broader acceleration in activity, with Robinhood Chain recording approximately $1.34 billion in decentralized-exchange volume over 24 hours and seven-day DEX volume reaching $6.16 billion, up nearly 79% over the previous period.
While DeFiLlama figures show GMGN, Pons, and Uniswap as among the largest revenue contributors during the surge, the expansion beyond conventional crypto brokerage is increasingly relevant for Robinhood investors, particularly with cryptocurrency transaction revenue falling 38% to $100 million in the second quarter.
