Robinhood Chain Surpasses Solana in Tokenized Stock Trading Volume
The Robinhood Chain has seen a significant surge in tokenized stock trading volume, surpassing Solana's combined output. In just two weeks since its launch on July 1, 2026, the Ethereum Layer 2 network averaged $29.7 million in daily DEX volume for tokenized equities. This eclipses the combined daily volumes of Solana's xStocks and Backpack's Sunrise platforms at $11.1 million and $13.4 million respectively.
The Robinhood Chain has accumulated roughly $70 million in total value, a fivefold increase from its launch. GameStop leads with $26.6 million in daily volume, followed by Nvidia at $14 million, and SpaceX at $6.4 million. Over a dozen individual stocks on the chain each surpass $500,000 in daily volume.
Solana's dominance in tokenized equity market has eroded quickly, from over 95% in Q2 2026 to being surpassed by Robinhood Chain. The Robinhood Stock Tokens are issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited and reflect economic exposure to the underlying equities without conferring legal ownership.
