Robinhood Chain's Meme Economy Takes Shape Around Top 5 Tokens
The Robinhood Chain's early meme economy is taking shape around five key tokens: CASHCAT, HMM, TENDIES, Artificial Inu and STONKBROKER. These memecoins have emerged as some of the most recognizable community memes on the chain.
CASHCAT is arguably the most well-known token among this group, with over 90,000 holders at its peak. The name comes from an interesting piece of Robinhood history: the company was reportedly close to being called Cash Cat before settling on Robinhood. When the new blockchain launched, an anonymous community revived the name and turned it into a token.
Other notable tokens include HMM, which represents hesitation or uncertainty, and TENDIES, a token built around the concept of trading profits in retail-investor culture. STONKBROKER takes this concept further by turning the stock trader character into an NFT and token ecosystem.
