Robinhood Chain's Tokenized Stock May Be Routable by AI Agents
Rozinhood Chain's tokenized Nvidia and Tesla stock is blocked for U.S. persons, but the permissionless network that powers it may let AI agents and third-party wallets route around this block.
According to Coinfello's MinChi Park, front-end geo-blocking only protects the issuer, not the user. She says if a restriction disappears when a user opens a third-party wallet, it was never a compliance mechanism but rather a liability shield.
Rozinhood Chain uses Arbitrum's Nitro stack and is designed for tokenized real-world assets and 24/7 trading. While it has a single Robinhood-operated sequencer, there's no provision for permissionless fallback. The company also has direct control over transaction ordering, even as the underlying smart contracts stay open to anyone.
Park notes that regulation attaches to the wrapper, while composability attaches to the asset. This is causing a split in enforcement on the same chain, with some products carrying their own issuer and jurisdictional perimeter but leaking when restricted tokens become collateral in a lending market or get routed through an aggregator.
