Robinhood Derivatives' Bitcoin Price Prediction Contract Expiration
Risk-takers and traders are keeping an eye on the price of Bitcoin as it approaches the expiration date of a specific contract offered by Robinhood Derivatives. The contract, which resolves on July 29, 2026 at 5am EDT, is based on CF Benchmarks' Real Time Index (RTI) for the corresponding Bitcoin price.
According to the contract details, if the price of Bitcoin is above $64,300 or more at the time of expiration, holders will receive a payout. The amount depends on the specific price range: $78¢ per contract if it reaches $64,400 or higher, and 55¢ per contract if it hits $64,500 or above.
Those who hold material, non-public information about Bitcoin are not allowed to trade on this contract, as stated in the terms and conditions. Trading is available 24 hours a day, except for Thursday mornings between 3am-5am ET when there may be delays.
