Robinhood Expands Crypto Offering in UK, Brings Over 50 Digital Assets to App

Roger S. from U.Today reports that Robinhood is expanding its cryptocurrency offering in the UK, bringing more than 50 digital assets to its investment app.

The company is partnering with Bitstamp exchange to provide the service, which will allow eligible UK customers to buy and sell cryptocurrencies directly via the Robinhood app alongside stocks and shares ISAs, equities, options, and futures.

This move comes as the UK's regulatory framework undergoes a major overhaul. In June, the Financial Conduct Authority finalized a package of rules for the crypto sector, introducing requirements related to financial resilience and market integrity.

Roninhood's broader crypto lineup includes popular tokens such as Shiba Inu (SHIB), Solana (SOL), Dogecoin (DOGE), Cardano (ADA), Avalanche (AVAX), Chainlink (LINK) and others, with XRP, SHIB, and more than 50 digital assets now available to UK investors.
