Robinhood Expands Crypto Offerings, Cuts Fees in EU and US

Roland Hoelzl's company, Robinhood Markets, has expanded its cryptocurrency offerings in the European Union and adjusted its fee system for U.S. customers.

The brokerage platform added perpetual futures contracts for XRP, Solana, Dogecoin, and Sui in the EU, allowing eligible traders to access up to 7x leverage on these contracts.

Roland Hoelzl's company also restructured its fee system from three tiers to seven in the U.S., with high-volume traders now paying as low as 0.03% in fees.
