Robinhood in Talks to Add Crypto.com's Event-Based Contracts
Retail brokerage Robinhood Markets is in talks to add Crypto.com's event-based contracts to its growing suite of prediction market offerings. According to a report by The Wall Street Journal, the partnership would allow customers to trade Crypto.com's binary yes-or-no contracts directly through Robinhood's existing prediction markets interface.
This move comes amid intensifying competition in the US prediction markets sector. Robinhood first entered this space in early 2025 by partnering with Kalshi, a CFTC-regulated exchange, and has since added access to other exchanges such as Interactive Brokers' ForecastEx and Rothera.
Crypto.com, which started providing event contracts through its derivatives arm in late 2024 and launched a dedicated prediction markets platform called OG in February 2026, operates its prediction market activities through a CFTC-regulated affiliate. The company has been building infrastructure to support distribution to other platforms.
