Robinhood Prediction Market Seeks Bets on Ethereum Price in August 2026

The prediction market on Robinhood is offering a chance to bet on the price of Ethereum (ETH) on August 14, 2026 at 3am EDT. The market is based on the Real Time Index (RTI) from CF Benchmarks, which will collect 60 prices in real-time before expiration and use their average as the final value. If a trader predicts that the price will be above $1,870 or more specifically above $1,875 or above $1,880, they can place a bet on it.

The contract resolution is based on the outcome of the ETH price at 3am EDT on August 14, 2026. The payout for traders who correctly predict the price will be $1 per contract owned, with additional fees applying to closing positions before the event resolves. However, persons employed by certain agencies or holding material non-public information on Ethereum are prohibited from trading.
