Robinhood Prediction Market Targets Bitcoin Price Above $78,800 in 2026
Raines, a prediction market on Robinhood, is offering a contract related to Bitcoin's price on September 2, 2026 at 3am EDT. The goal of this contract is to determine if the price of BTC will reach or exceed $78,800 by that time.
The price used for determining this contract is based on CF Benchmarks' corresponding Real Time Index (RTI), which collects and averages 60 RTI prices at the last minute before expiration. The official and final value is then determined from this average.
According to the terms of the contract, if the prediction is correct, the payout for each contract owned will be $1. However, users can also close their position before the event resolves, but additional fees apply. Trading prohibitions include persons employed by Source Agencies and those holding material non-public information on the Underlying.
