Robinhood Predicts Bitcoin Price on August 9, 2026 at 10pm EDT
Ryan has $65,100 or more of his life savings invested in Bitcoin. He's been tracking its price on Robinhood and is waiting for the outcome of a special contract that will determine the value of BTC on August 9, 2026 at 10pm EDT.
The contract will use CF Benchmarks' corresponding Real Time Index (RTI) to calculate the average price of Bitcoin. This index collects 60 RTI prices in real-time and uses them as a basis for determining the final value.
Ryan is hopeful that his prediction will pay out, earning him $1 for every contract he owns if he guesses correctly.
