Robinhood has secured registration in the UK's financial market ahead of a stricter regulatory regime set to take effect next year. The company, Robinhood U.K. Ltd, appeared on the Financial Conduct Authority's cryptoasset register on July 31, 2026, under reference 823590.
The listing allows Robinhood to operate under current anti-money laundering rules while it prepares for a more stringent framework that will require firms to apply for authorization between September 30, 2026, and February 28, 2027. The full regime takes effect on October 25, 2027.
