Robinhood Stock Slumps as Analysts Slash Targets Amid Crypto Winter

Share

The HOOD stock price has pulled back in recent weeks, falling from its high of $119.8 to the current level of $92.80.

This decline comes despite Robinhood's encouraging financial results and the company's growing presence in other areas such as prediction markets and decentralized finance (DeFi) services.

Top analysts have downgraded their targets for HOOD stock, citing its valuation and the ongoing 'crypto winter'. Cantor Fitzgerald's Ramsey El-Assal lowered his target to $115, while Loop Capital and Barclays also reduced their targets.

The consensus analyst target is now $120, which is up about 30% from the current level. However, analysts are concerned that Robinhood's transaction revenue will continue to decline due to the weak crypto market.
