Robinhood Takes Equity Stakes in Crypto.com Prediction-Markets Spinoff

Robinhood Markets Inc. has made a significant move in the crypto and prediction markets space by striking an agreement with Crypto.com and its spinoff OG.com.

Under this deal, Robinhood will take equity stakes in both companies as part of a partnership that adds another provider of event contracts to its predictions business.

Retail event-contract volume will be routed through OG.com's US Commodity Futures Trading Commission-regulated exchange and clearinghouse infrastructure.
