Robinhood Teams Up With OG.com for Regulated Prediction Markets
Retail trading platform Robinhood has partnered with OG.com to offer prediction markets infrastructure and clearing services under CFTC regulation. The deal, which includes a multi-year agreement, will allow Robinhood to route retail event contract volume through OG.com's regulated exchange architecture.
The partnership marks Robinhood's expansion into the prediction market space, with access to begin rolling out in phases to eligible U.S. customers starting Sept. 8, 2026. The company will also hold initial equity stakes in Crypto.com and OG.com following OG.com's spin-off as an independent trading platform.
JB Mackenzie, Robinhood's vice president and general manager of futures and prediction markets, stated that the partnership strengthens their position as a leader in the prediction markets space and gives them 'even more skin in the game.' Kris Marszalek, founder and CEO of Crypto.com and OG.com, added that OG.com is aiming to become 'the most liquid venue globally for innovative derivative instruments, starting with prediction markets and quickly expanding into futures and perpetuals.'
