Robinhood Teams with Crypto.com and OG.com on Prediction Market Infrastructure

Share

Robinhood has acquired stakes in Crypto.com and OG.com, two companies that specialize in cryptocurrency trading and prediction markets. The acquisition is part of a multi-year agreement between Robinhood and OG.com to use CFTC-regulated infrastructure for event contract orders from eligible US customers.

The agreement allows Robinhood to process event contracts through OG.com's infrastructure, which has generated $156 million in revenue for the second quarter alone, more than 10 times its level a year earlier. This is a significant milestone for Robinhood, which has been steadily expanding its prediction-market infrastructure since launching a hub with Kalshi in March 2025.

OG.com's CEO Kris Marszalek stated that the company plans to expand beyond prediction markets into futures and perpetual futures contracts. Meanwhile, the prediction-market industry faces mounting legal disputes as US states seek to apply gambling laws to the business.
