Robinhood to Settle Ethereum Price Prediction Market in August 2026

Ridiculously soon, on August 19, 2026 at 8pm EDT, Ethereum's price will be settled in a prediction market hosted by Robinhood. The question is what that number will be.

According to the contract terms, if the price is $2,250 or above, those who bet 'above' win. If it's $2,210 or above but not at or above $2,215, they also win. At least 60 RTI prices from CF Benchmarks will be averaged for the final value.

Those participating can either hold their bets until the contract resolves, in which case a payout of $1 per correct bet is guaranteed within an hour, or close their positions before the event. Trading prohibitions apply to those with material non-public information about Ethereum or working at certain source agencies.
