Robinhood Venture Fund II Lists at Discounted Price

Robinhood Ventures Fund II (RVII) has raised $225.5 million and began trading on the New York Stock Exchange at $22.50, a 10% discount from its initial public offering price of $25 per share.

The fund opened with 8 million shares sold at the IPO price, bringing in $200 million before sales charges and expenses.

RVII's portfolio focuses on early- and growth-stage companies connected to Y Combinator, a startup accelerator that has funded over 5,000 businesses since 2005, including Coinbase, Reddit, and OpenAI.
