Robinhood Weighs Crypto.com Partnership for Prediction Markets Boost
Robinhood Markets and Crypto.com are in talks to partner on prediction markets. Under the proposed arrangement, Robinhood users would gain access to event contracts from Crypto.com through their existing trading platform.
This deal could expand Robinhood's offerings as it continues to grow its prediction market business segment, which has become one of its fastest-growing areas. The company already distributes contracts from several providers, including Kalshi and Rothera, while developing its own interests in the wider derivatives market.
Crypto.com entered the US event contract sector in late 2024 and has since increased its contract selection before major events like the Super Bowl. A partnership with Robinhood could give Crypto.com access to a larger pool of potential traders and reduce its reliance on attracting customers directly to its platform.
