Robinhood's Crypto Prediction Market Sets Price Target for Bitcoin
The price of Bitcoin is set to be determined on August 25, 2026 at 12pm EDT. According to Robinhood's Crypto Prediction Market, this will happen through a contract that resolves based on CF Benchmarks' Real Time Index (RTI) prices. The final value is the average of 60 RTI prices collected at the last minute before expiration.
The market offers different payouts for various price targets: $79,300 or above pays out 65 cents, while $79,400 or above pays out 48 cents. There are also restrictions and eligibility requirements in place, including a ban on trading for persons who hold material non-public information about the underlying.
Trading hours for this contract are available 24/7, except for Thursday from 3am to 5am ET. The payout is usually within one hour of event resolution.
