Robinhood's Meme Coin Asset Pages Spark Frenzied 500% Price Surge

A pair of meme coins on Robinhood's Ethereum Layer 2 network, JUGGERNAUT and FRONG, saw explosive rallies after the trading platform quietly added searchable asset pages for the tokens. The move was met with a 500% surge in JUGGERNAUT within an hour of the pages appearing, while FRONG gained nearly 130%.

The page additions were made without any announcement from Robinhood regarding direct trading support for the tokens. Farokh Sarmad, co-founder of Myriad Markets, clarified that 'all they make is asset pages on Robinhood and you can search the coin, it's not a listing.'

Despite this clarification, the buying frenzy continued, with JUGGERNAUT's 24-hour trading volume exploding by over 3,000%, while FRONG's volume jumped over 1,300%.
