Robinhood's Tokenized Stocks Surge to $70M in Market Capitalization
Robinhood's blockchain network has seen a significant surge in real-world asset activity, with tokenized equities and related holdings climbing rapidly over the past two weeks. According to analytics platforms, the market capitalization of RWAs on the network has grown approximately fivefold, exceeding the $70 million threshold.
The Robinhood Chain, launched in early July 2026 as an Arbitrum-based Ethereum layer-2 network, was designed to support tokenized US stocks and other real-world assets. Tokenized debt securities that track underlying equity performance without conferring direct ownership rights became available through the Robinhood Wallet in over 120 countries.
While early network activity was dominated by speculative memecoin trading, the tokenized equity segment has begun to gain traction. Multiple individual stock tokens now generate substantial daily trading volumes, with GameStop-linked tokens leading the way at around $26.6 million, followed by Nvidia at $14 million and SpaceX at $6.4 million.
At least a dozen tokenized stocks have exceeded $500,000 in daily volume, with several clearing the $1 million mark. Aggregate daily trading in these equity tokens has reached roughly $55 million. This increase in larger-scale allocations and turnover coincides with broader network growth, including rising total value locked on the chain.
