Rockawayx Expands US Crypto Presence With Relayer Acquisition

Rockawayx, a financial services firm, has expanded its presence in the US crypto market through an acquisition. The company acquired Relayer Capital, which will become the Rockawayx Liquid Opportunities Fund.

The fund focuses on finding assets that appear mispriced relative to their underlying businesses or growth prospects. Its investment strategy centers around taking long and short positions in liquid crypto tokens and digital-asset-related equities.

Rockawayx CEO Viktor Fischer said the firm sees a broader opportunity as crypto companies develop more conventional financial characteristics.
