RockawayX Seeks $150M for Undervalued Token Fund with Relayer Capital's Austin Barack at Helm
RockawayX is seeking $150 million for its new liquid opportunities fund, which will focus on undervalued tokens and crypto-related stocks. The fund's manager, Austin Barack, founded Relayer Capital in 2024 after working as a partner at CoinFund.
Barack's Relayer returned about 70% in 2026, with positions in Hyperliquid and Venice AI contributing to its performance. RockawayX acquired Relayer earlier this year and has not disclosed the financial terms of the deal.
The new fund will offer monthly liquidity and is expected to have a management fee of 1.6% and a performance fee of 15%. The planned strategy would give RockawayX exposure to assets that can be traded more easily than private investments held through its existing venture funds.
