Rollbit Licence Revoked Despite Continuing Operations

Share

Rollbit, a prominent name in crypto gambling, is facing scrutiny over its licence status. The Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) has revoked Rollbit's licence, marked as 'Revoked' on their website, yet the platform continues to operate.

The CGA introduced new regulations under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK), requiring all licensed operators to display a branded seal in their footer. This seal links directly to the operator's certificate and shows its current status, active, voluntarily withdrawn, suspended, or revoked.

Rollbit's website still claims to be licensed by the CGA under number OGL/2024/1260/0494, but the seal badge on the same page is marked as 'Revoked'. The discrepancy raises questions about Rollbit's legal standing in crypto gambling.
