Ronin has announced Honor Score, a reputation system designed to improve user engagement in blockchain gaming. Set to launch in 2026, Honor Score will assess participants based on various metrics, including wallet age, asset holdings, activity across different applications, and overall network participation.

The system aims to tackle the issue of fake accounts and coordinated farming operations by stripping them of economic weight. Instead, rewards will be handed out under Ronin's Proof of Distribution program, favoring accounts with stronger reputations.
