Russia Proposes Rules for Cryptocurrency Trading
The Bank of Russia has proposed draft regulations for cryptocurrency trading in Russia.
The new rules aim to establish conditions under which exchanges can conduct organized operations with digital currencies and digital rights.
Exchanges will be required to calculate the market and weighted average price of these instruments, which includes Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, and Litecoin.
The regulator has also set requirements for digital depositories, including a minimum capital requirement ranging from 50 million to 250 million rubles.
