Russia's Regulated Exchanges Target $46 Billion in Crypto Trading Volume
Sberbank, one of Russia's largest banks, has announced that its regulated exchanges are expected to reach a trading volume of at least $46.43 billion in their first year.
This development marks a significant shift in how cryptocurrencies are integrated into the traditional financial system.
As of September 1, investors will be able to legally purchase Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Tether through licensed intermediaries.
The regulatory framework aims to provide a safer environment for crypto trading, potentially increasing institutional interest as the market matures.
