El Salvador's sovereign Bitcoin reserve has topped $600 million as it continues its daily accumulation strategy. The country now holds approximately $602.84 million in BTC, valued at around 7,762.37 units according to data from bitcointreasuries.net.

This milestone underscores President Nayib Bukele's administration's commitment to maintaining a steady 'one Bitcoin a day' cadence despite the cryptocurrency's lackluster price performance. The approach contrasts with previous aggressive purchases, such as the 1,000 BTC acquisition worth around $98 million in November last year.

The reserve is administered through a publicly verifiable wallet and serves as a national strategic holding rather than a trading position. El Salvador's Oficina Nacional del Bitcoin maintains an official treasury tracker allowing direct observation of the balance.

At current valuations, the country holds an unrealized profit of $167.82 million on its Bitcoin cache, reflecting the difference between the average acquisition cost and prevailing market prices.
