San Diego Man Loses Thousands to Cryptocurrency Scam Promising High Returns

Share

A San Diego man is warning others about his experience with cryptocurrency investments after he lost money in an investment that disappeared.

The man, who wished to remain anonymous, invested $20,000 into a company called 'Crypto Investment Partners' (CIP) in January 2022. He claims the company promised high returns and used social media influencers to promote their services.

'I was told that my investment would be safe and that I would get a return of up to 10% per month,' he said in an interview. However, after several months, the man realized that his money was gone and there were no signs of any returns.
