SATA Bounces Back to Near-Par Value Amid Market Volatility
Strive's SATA preferred shares have recovered from their June low of $83.30 to around $97, according to Yahoo Finance data.
This rebound has restored most of the decline and brought SATA within about 3% of its $100 par value.
SATA was introduced in November 2025 as part of Strive's strategy to finance its Bitcoin treasury through preferred equity.
Strive aims to raise capital for its BTC treasury without issuing additional common shares, with SATA intended to trade near its par value by adjusting its dividend rate.
This variable-rate perpetual preferred stock is one of a growing number of products tied to Bitcoin treasury strategies, an emerging segment described as 'digital credit' by companies such as Strategy.
Strategy's STRC, launched in 2025 with a similar objective, also fell sharply during the late-June selloff but has continued to trade below par at around $87.
