Satsuma Technology PLC, a UK Main Market-listed company trading under the ticker SATS, has announced that it will extend its delisting date from the London Stock Exchange. The original delisting date of September 14 was postponed until after the annual general meeting, which is scheduled to follow publication of its report and accounts for the year ended February 28.

The company stated that the delay allows time for an alternative listing venue for the ordinary shares to be arranged. Shares will remain suspended from trading on the Official List.

Satsuma had raised £164 million in August 2025 through a convertible loan note, which was designated for a Bitcoin treasury strategy. The funds included participation from Pantera Capital and Digital Currency Group. Approximately $125 million of the raise was settled directly in Bitcoin, with the company accepting 1,097.29 BTC.
