Michael Saylor, CEO of MicroStrategy, has spoken out against BIP-110, a proposed Bitcoin improvement proposal. In an interview, Saylor stated that 'nobody controls Bitcoin, the network has spoken.' He was reacting to the proposal's attempt to give developers control over Bitcoin's code.

Saylor emphasized that the decentralized nature of Bitcoin is its strength and should not be compromised. According to him, the network has already rejected attempts by developers to exert control over it.
