The video, which showed Lee interacting with Saylor in Times Square, was captioned 'Tom Lee finally watched Saylor’s AI Bitcoin series' and accumulated over 500,000 views.
Saylor hit back with his own AI-generated clip, reinforcing his long-standing stance as a Bitcoin maximalist. In the video, he describes Bitcoin as 'apex property,' 'perfected money,' and 'the best asset.' Saylor's caption reads: 'Sorry, @fundstrat. There is no second best.'
The exchange began with an AI-generated clip showing Lee saying that Ethereum could potentially outperform Bitcoin, a view he has expressed previously. Lee believes Ethereum has the potential to become the backbone of real-world applications and thinks Wall Street has yet to fully appreciate its value.
