Saylor Teases Possible Restart for Strategy's Bitcoin Purchases
Michael Saylor has sparked speculation that Strategy Inc., the world's largest corporate Bitcoin holder, may resume its Bitcoin purchases after a two-month pause. The company last bought Bitcoin on June 22 and has been selling some of its holdings instead of accumulating more.
Saylor posted an accumulation chart on X, using orange circles to highlight the firm's purchases, with the message 'We're ₿ack'. This comes after a period where Strategy shifted focus to capital raising, strengthening cash reserves, and managing its balance sheet.
The company holds 840,447 BTC, worth over $72 billion. However, it has nearly $9 billion in unrealized losses on its Bitcoin holdings.
