Schiff Warns of Last Chance to Sell as Bitcoin Nears $65K
Bitcoin has been holding steady near $64,000 after pushing towards $65,000, but Peter Schiff is warning that this rebound may be a last chance for holders to sell before the price dips again.
Schiff argues that the level of $65,000 is an important resistance zone and that downside risks remain greater than potential upside. He believes that Bitcoin's ability to extend gains beyond this point is uncertain and that holders should take advantage of the current rally to exit their positions.
This warning comes as expectations for another Federal Reserve rate increase decline, giving Bitcoin and other risk assets a more supportive macro backdrop. Goldman Sachs chief economist Jan Hatzius said that a September Federal Reserve rate increase appears unlikely due to weaker employment growth, softer consumer spending, and moderating inflation.
