Schwab to Add Chainlink Trading Amid Remittix Expansion
Chainlink is set to expand its mainstream investment access as Charles Schwab plans to add the oracle token to its crypto platform. The move will allow eligible clients to buy and sell LINK alongside traditional investments, giving Chainlink a stronger presence in conventional portfolios.
Schwab's decision follows the rollout of Bitcoin and Ethereum trading in May and comes after Chainlink connected blockchain applications with external data, services, and financial systems through its oracle infrastructure. The utility supports use cases such as decentralized finance, tokenized assets, and automated settlement.
Meanwhile, Remittix is expanding its product story by launching perpetual futures through its Markets platform. With over $50 million in trading volume, Remittix has created a new route into the market beyond customers interested in international payments. The platform's milestone demonstrates its ability to attract active crypto traders seeking exposure without an expiry date.
The difference between Chainlink and Remittix lies in their market positioning and growth trajectories. While Chainlink is a large-cap project with established infrastructure, Remittix approaches the market from an earlier stage with its core PayFi model allowing users to send crypto while recipients receive fiat through supported bank accounts.
