Scroll Transitions Ethereum L2 Network into AI-Specific Hub
The Scroll team has announced plans to transition their Ethereum L2 network into an AI-specific network over the next nine months. This move aims to leverage the network's capabilities for artificial intelligence applications, with a focus on Compass and its product ecosystem.
The transition plan involves building a product system consisting of Compass, Compass API, CENO, USX, and SCR. Compass provides AI models and features such as VPN and eSIM, while Compass API offers routing services for over 30 LLM models. CENO utilizes ZK technology to provide a trust layer for AI agents.
SCR will migrate to the Ethereum mainnet to maintain broad accessibility and liquidity, with the supply and overall token economics remaining unchanged. The team emphasized that this is a progress update and not a formal proposal or vote.
