Seasons Defies DeFi Yield Farming Risks with Hard Asset Rewards
Seasons is a DeFi protocol that flips traditional yield farming on its head. Most DeFi platforms advertise high yields but often don't deliver due to price fluctuations. Seasons avoids this issue by harvesting a 10% Transactional Transfer Tax (TTT) on every $SEAS trade and converting it into a basket of hard assets, including gold, Bitcoin, and dollars.
Holders can become 'nodes' by holding enough $SEAS in a self-custody wallet, allowing them to receive the yield directly. This approach keeps working whether the market is rising or falling, making Seasons more sustainable than traditional DeFi platforms.
