Securitize Brings Institutional Credit Strategies Onchain with HINC Fund
Securitize has partnered with Neuberger to launch a tokenized fixed-income fund called HINC, which will invest in high-yield bonds and other income-producing assets. The fund is available across four public blockchains: Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana, and Sui.
HINC brings over $230 billion of fixed-income expertise onto public blockchain networks, marking a significant shift towards institutional credit strategies onchain. Neuberger will handle portfolio management and research for the fund, while Securitize Capital will serve as investment adviser.
The launch comes shortly after Securitize entered the public markets, with its shares trading on the New York Stock Exchange and onchain since July 2. Securitize reported record Q1 revenue of $19.5 million, up nearly 40% from a year earlier, and tokenized assets under management reached $3.4 billion.
The partnership broadens Securitize's platform beyond tokenized cash and government securities, testing whether blockchain infrastructure can support more complex segments of institutional credit.
